Introducing Our Team

Ross has been in the events industry all of his working life, starting as a DJ and working his way up the ladder to become an Events Manager for various local companies.

At the age of 34 ,Ross decided to setup RCT Entertainment & Events with his Wife Charlene.

Ross now overseas the business on a day to day basis and you will find him mostly DJing at your event,setting up one of our dance floors or photo booths!

Charlene is Ross's Wife. Charlene has a wealth of experience when planning events. After years of working for Hotels and local event companies. Her and Ross setup RCT Entertainment & Events and they never looked back.

Due to the success of RCT Entertainment & Events, Charlene wanted to offer our clients an all in one service which can include decoration and entertainment. Rather than having to use different companies for different things.

Charlene is the master of styling and will be your first point of contact when contacting us. She overseas the planning, designing and manages the styling team.

Amy has been in the wedding decoration business for 8 years and has recently joined the team at RCT Wedding Decor Hire.

Amy's attention to detail is second to none and her specialty is creating amazing centerpieces for our clients.

​You will most likely meet Amy on site setting up your wedding. She loves a challenge, so make sure you ask her if you have a crazy idea.

Emma has recently joined the styling team here at RCT Wedding Decor Hire. ​

Emma is an interior designer and wanted something else to do at the weekends, so she decided to come on board with the styling team at RCT.

Having Emma on board has allowed us to create some great ideas and designs for our clients.
